Authors biography

Reem Kassis is a cook and author. Her love of cooking was passed on to her by her family, known for their generations of cooks. From an early age, she spent her weekends in the kitchens of her grandmothers, mother and aunts, observing, learning and storing everything there was to know about Palestinian cuisine.
